1205 Consulting Inc. was founded in December 2019 to serve ambitious leaders navigating transformation, expansion, and cultural complexity. What started as a solo practice has grown into a team of seasoned consultants—investigators, executives, analysts, and transformation specialists—dedicated to delivering outcomes that matter.

We've worked with organizations across 4 countries and 6+ industries: professional services, global CPG, insurance, technology, recreation, and financial services. Our engagements range from $5K workplace investigations to $250K+ transformation programs. Most importantly, our clients expand and renew—average client tenure exceeds 18 months.

We're based in Oakville, Ontario, with a Toronto presence, but we work flexibly with clients across Canada, the UK, USA, and Switzerland.
